More than 200 students were in attendance at the Northwestern Mutual Executive Speaker Series held in the atrium at McClelland Hall. Students heard multiple executives speak while networking with eachother and the company. Alpha Kappa Psi strives to educate the public to appreciate and demand higher ideals therein and we also strive for this to be reflected in our philanthropic efforts.

AKPsi had an excellent turn out for both the study review sessions for the Eller College of Management's entrance exam. However, the response didn't end there, those who could not make it to the events were able to download the review material directly from the Alpha Nu chapter's website! The chapter is looking forward to meeting their newest classmates this upcoming semester!

Brothers of Alpha Kappa Psi will be interviewing potential members of the Eller College of Management's E.L.I.T.E program today at 5PM. The Alpha Nu chapter was honored to be asked to conduct these interviews and look forward to meeting the next generation of Eller students!

AKPsi Alpha Nu chapter has long remained dedicated to educating and developing the next generation of business leaders. That is why the chapter has donated its time and resources to tutoring pre-business students currently applying to the Eller College of Manager in Accounting200 and Business Math115 and mock interviews. Brothers from multiple teams took first place in a case competition focused on maximizing stakeholders' sense of involvement at the Eller College of Management. This is a shining showcase of the skills imparted upon brothers who learn how to speak and present in public and how to sell an idea throughout the pledge process and beyond!

The Alpha Nu chapter has committed to sending an astounding 28 brothers to the Principled Business Leaders Institute this spring, more brothers than some chapters have members! Due in part to a gracious donation from ASUA and the Eller Excellence Fund the institute will not cost our brothers a penny, the only expenses being travel fares which may be subsidized by donations from our sponsors. One of Alpha Kappa Psi's guiding principles is to promote and advance courses leading to degrees in business adminstration and are always striving to become key players in business affairs on campus. It seems fitting that our brothers were asked to volunteer for the Business Math Case Competition on October 29th, 2011. Look out for us in McClelland Hall Room 201a after the case competition for any questions about our fraternity, rushing, or professional development!
